Before Tulane: Lettered as a junior and senior on the track and field and cross country teams at The Northwest School for coach Allen Wood...Played baseball as a freshman and sophomore as a second baseman and pitcher under coach Shea Tonkin...Was on The Northwest School's ultimate frisbee team as a freshman...Named First Team All-Emerald City League as a cross country senior...His team placed fourth in the state as a senior and eighth in the state as a junior in cross country...Won the league championship as a senior and took second at the Bi-District Meet...On the track, took fifth in the 800 and 1600 at the league championship while placing second in the 3200...Part of the school-record distance medley relay team.
