Cassidi Stabile enters her fourth season as the assistant coach of the Tulane women's beach volleyball team in 2026-27 after being hired in July of 2023.
Tulane broke through in the 2026 campaign by going 26-14 en route to winning the Conference USA Tournament for the first time in program history. Stabile aided in the Green Wave’s historic championship, which sent Tulane to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history. Tulane was the No. 14 seed and faced No. 3 UCLA, the eventual national champion. This was the sixth consecutive campaign with 20-plus victories for the Wave. In the conference’s year-end balloting, four Tulane players – Skylar Ensign, Molly Trodd, Katie Hansen, and Emma Morris – earned All-CUSA First Team honors, and Amirah Ali was tabbed to the second team. The tandems of Ensign and Trodd and Hansen and Morris each earned AVCA Top Flight recognition with Ensign and Trodd securing the award at each of the top two flights. Tulane finished the season ranked No. 20 in the AVCA coaches poll.
Stabile helped the Wave set a program record for wins in a second-straight season with a 29-11 mark in 2025. Five of the triumphs were over ranked foes. The Wave reached the final of the Conference USA Championships before falling to No. 1 seed FAU.
In Stabile's first season with the Wave in 2024, Tulane was 26-14 to set a new program record for victories. It was the program's fourth-straight 20-win campaign.
Stabile joined the Wave after one season as the head coach for the Central Arkansas beach volleyball program. She led the Bears to an 8-20 overall in her lone season in Conway, Arkansas.
Before her one season at UCA, Stabile served as an assistant coach at Stephen F. Austin in 2021-22.
She joined the Lumberjacks following three years as the assistant coach at Colorado Northwestern Community College. Stabile specialized in offense and blocking for the indoor volleyball program with the Spartans.
Her coaching journey began with the collaboration and creation of the first beach volleyball club in New Mexico, New Mexico Premier. Stabile spent 12 years coaching girls from ages 12 to 18 in both indoor and beach, sending many to AAU, USA, and BVCA Nationals.
Stabile, a New Mexico native, started her volleyball career at La Cueva High School. After playing a year at Florida Institute of Technology as right side and middle, she made the switch from indoor to beach, competing in tournament across the country.
