Tulane Announces Lottery Format For NCAA Regional Tickets

NEW ORLEANS, La. - Tulane Athletics will use a weighted lottery system to determine which fans will be eligible to purchase tickets to the NCAA Baseball Regional Tournament in Baton Rouge. The lottery will be structured as follows:
- Only current baseball season ticket holders will be included in the lottery.
- Baseball season ticket holders that are also current members of the Tulane Athletics Fund will receive one additional chance in the lottery for every $125 donated.
- Baseball season ticket holders may contact TAF at (504) 865-5356 and increase their current donation to receive more chances in the lottery. Season ticket holders who wish to exercise this option must have donations in place by the close of business on Tuesday, May 28.
- Fans that are not current baseball season ticket holders may not pledge to buy season tickets for next season in exchange for a chance to be included in the lottery.
- Lottery winners will be contacted via telephone. In the event that a lottery winner does not elect to purchase tickets, the opportunity to buy tickets will be passed on to the next lottery winner.
- Lottery winners must pick up their tickets in person at the Tulane Ticket Office on Thursday, May 30 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Tickets that are not picked up on Thursday will be available for pick up at the main Will Call office at Alex Box Stadium starting on Friday at noon.
- TAF donors that are not baseball season ticket holders will not be included in the lottery. These people should contact TAF at (504) 865-5356 if they are interested in purchasing tickets
- Season ticket holders in all other sports will not be included in the lottery.
Prices for the ticket packages are $55 for seats located between the dugouts and $45 for seats located in the outfield bleachers. For more information, please call the Tulane Ticket Office at (504) 861-WAVE.
