Dear Green Wave Fan,
On behalf of the Tulane baseball family, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of the support that you have given our ballclub this year as we make another push toward the College World Series. This past weekend, we captured the NCAA Oxford Regional with a 12-3 victory over Washington and are one step closer to Omaha. This weekend the excitement continues as we travel to Cal State Fullerton for the Super Regional beginning on Saturday. If you are not able to be there in person, I hope you will tune in to watch us represent Tulane on ESPN2.
We truly appreciate the encouragement we have received from the Tulane community. Whether from the stands at Turchin Stadium, around the country at our away games, or sitting at home listening on the radio or keeping up on the internet, our players and coaches know that there is a loyal and passionate following of Green Wave fans across the country.
Of course, one of the most tangible ways to support this team and these student-athletes is through the Tulane Athletics Fund which truly is "the team behind the teams." As we make a bid for our second trip to Omaha in the last four years, TAF is heading down the homestretch of its Annual Fund Drive.
If you haven't done so yet this year, I would like to personally encourage you to make your donation to TAF and help us continue to produce the nation's finest student-athletes.
