SCOUTING THE BLUE RAIDERS
• Middle Tennessee is off to a 1-3 start, losing to Virginia (63-51), Louisville (91-72) and Ohio (73-52). The Blue Raiders lone win came via a 73-62 victory at Tennessee Tech.

WHO'S HOT
Ever since Kolby Morgan was held to just one point vs No. 10/9 Mississippi State, the junior has been on a hot streak. Morgan is averaging 22.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals in the last four games. The New Orleans native is shooting a prolific 53.1 percent from the floor in that span as well. In addition, Morgan has connected on at least eight made field goals in each of the past four games, as well as at least two three-pointers.
PAINTING THE PICTURESQUE WIN
In Tulane's 82-65 win over McNeese State on Nov. 30, the Green Wave tallied 50 points in the paint. That total marked the most points in the paint in over three seasons for the Wave.
PROTECTING THE LEAD
The Green Wave are 5-0 thus far when possessing the lead at the end of the first quarter. Tulane also boasts a 4-0 record when leading at the half and a 4-0 mark when ahead to start the fourth quarter.
PICKING YOUR SHOTS
After their first three games, Tulane was ranked No. 1 in the nation in shooting percentage. Despite a 2-0 weekend at the UTSA Classic, Tulane's ranking dropped to No. 25 in the country, but a 55.9 percent shooting night against McNeese State propelled the Wave's ranking back up to 11th in the nation at 48.8 percent. Morgan is currently tied for 10th in the league in field goal percentage, knocking down 50.0 percent of her shots (40-of-80). Same goes for Schulte at 20-for-40. Meanwhile, Vorpahl follows suit at 48.1 percent (25-of-52), which ranks 13th in the AAC.
