NEW ORLEANS - Tulane men's basketball junior guard Melvin Frazier has been chosen as a 2018 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division I All-District Second Team selection according to an announcement by the organization on Tuesday.
The recognition is the latest of several for Frazier, who was named a 2018 All-American Athletic Conference Second Team choice and received the league's Most Improved Player of the Year honor last week.
