
Tulane-Houston set for DH Saturday, Single Game Sunday

UPDATE (3:19 p.m.): Tulane and Houston will now play a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m. Saturday at Sanders Field at Schroeder Park in Houston. The second of the two nine-inning games will begin 45 minutes following the conclusion of the first. Sunday's game has also been moved an hour back to a 2 p.m. start instead of a 1 p.m. first pitch that was originally scheduled.Â
HOUSTON, Texas – Due to heavy rains overnight, the American Athletic Conference series opener between the Tulane Green Wave and Houston Cougars has been postponed.

With severe weather last night that that caused flooding in some areas and more expected over the course of the next day in the Houston area, officials will continue to monitor the situation and more information on the start of the series will announced when its available.
