Beach Volleyball to Hold Inter-Squad Scrimmage Saturday Ahead of 2021 Season

NEW ORLEANS — Ahead of the start of the 2021 season, the Tulane beach volleyball team is set to hold the Green Wave's inter-squad scrimmage on Saturday at the White Sands Volleyball Courts.
"We are excited to get out on the sand for a fantastic day of competition to sharpen our tools one last time before officially embarking on our 2021 season," head coach Eyal Zimet said.
First serve is set for 9:50 a.m. in the Olive vs. Blue match.
The scrimmage will serve as the team's final tune-up before the start of the regular season the following weekend.
Tulane set to open the season on Friday, Feb. 26 in the Green Wave Invitational. The Green Wave plan to host UNO and UAB on Friday before competing against Utah and Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday to wrap up the two-day tournament.
