TAMPA, Fla. —The Tulane track and field team concluded the final day of the AAC Conference Championships in Tampa, Fla. today. The team powerfully finished up their outdoor season at the USF Track & Field Stadium this weekend.

On Saturday, Migle Muraskaite became the conference champion in the heptathlon with a score of 5478 points, a new personal and Tulane all-time record. Today, multiple athletes earned high marks to complete their seasons.

To highlight the day, the Tulane relay teams contended strongly against several other top matchups in the conference. The races were an impactful finish for seniors Imani Davis, Jessica Duckett, and Maya Harewood's careers. The 4x100m relay team of Jessica Duckett, Kyah Loyd, Hunter Robinson, and Maya Harewood placed third with a time of 45.68 and the 4x400m relay team of Maya Harewood, Kyah Loyd, Imani Davis, and Hunter Robinson placed fifth with a time of 3:41.77.

Maya Harewood placed sixth in the 400m dash with an impressive time of 54.37. Louise Jones placed eighth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:01.36, coming incredibly close to her personal record of 1:01.74.

Later in the afternoon, Maren Butler placed 15^th in the discus throw with a mark of 40.96m. Olivia Hicks placed eighth in the high jump with a mark of 1.62m.

After a very successful season in the triple jump, Tri Malej placed third with a mark of 13.00m. Malej was awarded the AAC Field Athlete of the Week twice this season and earned a personal record and Tulane all-time record of 13.28m.
