Tulane Set to Compete in the Roberta Alison Fall Classic

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane University women's tennis team open play in the Roberta Alison Fall Classic hosted by the University of Alabama on Friday in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This will be the fourth time the Green Wave has competed in the tournament under Head Coach Maria Brito and the tenth time since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

The two-day tournament will feature competition between nine different teams. Tulane will compete against players from Alabama, East Tennessee State, Indiana, Michigan State, Ole Miss, South Alabama, Stetson, Troy, and UAB.

The tournament will feature eight singles draws and four doubles draws. Competition will begin at 9 a.m. both days with doubles matches starting play on Friday.
