
No. 17 Bowling Posts 2-3 Mark on the Second Day of the Track Kat Klash

Houston, Texas – The No. 17 nationally ranked Tulane University bowling continued to compete hard on the second day of the Track Kat Klash at Emerald Lanes in going 2-3 plus picking up 4,660 pins.
The team ended the first two days of the tournament in 10th place with 9,677 total pins and a game average of 193.5.
Yarelis Alvarez was the team's highest individual f with 963 pins and her average of 192.6. She placed 34th overall.
Sofiia Druchyna placed 35th with her 960 pins and 192 average.
Morgan Gitlitz finished 77th with 789 pins and 197.25 average in four games.
Mia Stolakis was in 78th place with her 786 pins and 196.5 average in four games.
Jenica Baron was 102nd with her 310 pins and 195 average in two games.
Katharina Mente was 107th with her 335 pins and 167.5 average in two games.
Amelia Vasquez was 108th with her 297 pins and average of 148.5
Cassidy Williams was 121st with her 140 game rolled in one game.
The program started the day with a 965-857 win over Lewis University. The second match saw Monmouth nip Tulane 918-850. The third game was a close 881-876 loss to Central Missouri. The fourth saw Tulane come up with the 1,072-1,039 victory over Delaware State. The fifth game was a 1,049-897 loss to North Carolina A&T.
Tulane finishes up the tournament on Sunday morning with the best-of-seven baker matches beginning at 8:20 a.m. The Green Wave start play against Lincoln Memorial. The two teams, depending on the results of the match and day, are playing for as high as seventh place.
