Men's Basketball Adds Spencer Elliott to 2023 Signing Class
Nov 9, 2022 | Men's Basketball
NEW ORLEANS – On National Signing Day Tulane men's basketball nabbed 6-9 center Spencer Elliott out of Atlanta, Georgia.
"Spencer is a guy that plays with great intensity, we are incredibly excited to add him to our roster," head coach Ron Hunter said. "He is highly skilled down low, but also moves the ball well and can shoot consistently from the outside. He is a great defender and will be able to help us control the paint with his size and mobility."
At 6-9, Elliott has mobility and the ability to play inside and outside. His skill set and versatility differentiate him from his peers. He has been given a three-star rating by 247Sports
Elliott's had a phenomenal junior campaign with St. Pius who were region champions for the 6th straight season and made it to the State Sweet Sixteen, going 26-4 overall. Elliott was also named an all-state selection by the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association following the season.
Elliot begins his senior season on November 19th and will make his way to New Orleans next fall.
