THURSDAY RESULTS
DALLAS – The Tulane Swimming and Diving team completed its first day of competition at the American Athletic Conference Championships on Thursday and currently sits in fourth place overall with 65 points.

The meet is being held at the Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center and Barr-McMillion Natatorium on SMU's camps.
Â
Freshman Victoria Raymond set a 200 Free lifetime-best mark of 1:47.81 leading off the Green Wave's 800 Free Relay team. That group also consisted of Andrea Zeebe, Sydney Mullin and Grace Dale. Raymond's mark stands fourth in the school's history and is a National Invitational Championship bonus cut. The relay itself (7:21.13) was the eighth-fastest in Tulane history and also qualified for the NIC.

Quinlan Hinerfeld also achieved a lifetime-best in the 50 back (25.46) leading off the 200 Medley Relay team as Paula Gaya Bisquerra, Olcaytu Hatipoglu and Natalia Strongyli also took part to finish in another NIC-qualifying mark of 1:42.99.

The meet continues Friday with swimming prelims at 10:30 a.m. CT, diving prelims at 12:30 p.m. CT and finals at 6 p.m. CT.
