Women's Basketball Unveils 2024-25 Non-Conference Schedule

NEW ORLEANS - Tulane women's basketball and new head coach Ashley Langford released the complete 2024-25 12-game non-conference schedule here Monday.
The Green Wave's non-conference slate features three SEC opponents: LSU, Florida, and Missouri. Tulane will host seven contests in Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse and will hit the road for the remaining five contests.
"I'm looking forward to our non-conference slate. It's a competitive, challenging schedule that will prepare us for conference play," Coach Langford explained.
The Olive and Blue are scheduled to open its season here in New Orleans on Saturday, Nov. 2 against Loyola - New Orleans for an exhibition game.
Next up on Thursday, Nov. 7, the Green Wave will return to Fogelman in Devlin to host Nicholls State for its first regular season contest. Tulane leads the all-time series 32-13.
The team will then take a trip to Columbia, Missouri to square off against the Missouri Tigers on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at the Mizzou Arena.
Tulane will then return home to host Grambling State on Saturday, Nov. 16 at the Devlin Fieldhouse. The program will follow the home matchup with a trip to Baton Rouge to take on LSU on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
The program will return to Uptown on Sunday, Nov. 24 to welcome Jackson State.
The Green Wave will compete and spend Thanksgiving at the St. Pete Showcase, hosted by Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. Tulane will begin its competition against Florida on Nov. 28 before facing Northern Arizona on Nov. 30.
The remainder of the non-conference schedule will be played at home against North Dakota State (Dec. 10), Mercer (Dec. 15), and the Tulane Holiday Tournament matchups, including Alabama A&M (Dec. 20) and Central Arkansas/ULM (Dec. 21).
The American Athletic Conference schedule will be announced later in the fall when released by the league office.
