Tulane Hosts Green Wave Invitational to Open Fall Slate

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane golf is set to begin the 2024 fall season at TPC Louisiana hosting the Green Wave Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, September 9-10.
The Wave enters a new season with a batch of new faces highlighted by transfers Gabriella Gilrowski and Sophia Yi-Ju Chen and a few returners including seniors Matilde Innocenti, Ruhee Pandit, and Luna Xu.
The Green Wave Invitational will feature a strong field including fellow American Athletic Conference member Memphis and another team from the Pelican State in the LSU Tigers. Filling out the remainder of the field will be teams from Alabama State, Dallas Baptist, South Alabama, Southern Illinois, Troy, and Western Carolina.
Play will begin at 8 a.m. Monday and Tuesday with a shotgun start. Rounds one and two will take place on Monday followed by round three on Tuesday.
