Apr 15, 2026 | Women's Bowling
GREEN BAY, Wisc. – The No. 17 Tulane bowling team will conclude its 2025-26 campaign this weekend at The Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley in the USBC Intercollegiate Team Championships (ITC). The event begins tomorrow and runs through Saturday, April 18, when a champion will be crowned.
Â
Tulane qualified for the USBC ITC by placing fourth in the Fort Worth Sectional. The top-four teams from each of the four qualifying sectionals advanced to the ITC, with the field comprised of 16 total teams. Joining Tulane in Green Bay are No. 24 Central Missouri, No. 20 Duquesne, Cumberland, No. 1 Jacksonville State, Lindenwood, No. 8 Maryville, No. 6 Louisiana Tech, No. 15 McKendree, Mount Mercy, No. 12 North Carolina A&T, No. 14 Newman, No. 10 Sacred Heart, No. 22 Saint Vincent, Trine, and SCAD. The field is stacked as Tulane is one of 10 total ranked teams. Three of those squads are ranked in the top 10, including No. 1 Jacksonville State. The Gamecocks are the reigning NCAA National Champions, claiming the title just four days ago on April 11.
Â
Action starts at 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning with the qualifying portion of the event in which each team will bowl 24 Baker games. After approximately a two-hour break, the bracket portion of the tournament will commence beginning at 4:00 p.m. Two rounds of match play will take place to end the day Thursday, and match play will continue on Friday through the eighth round. The championship is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Â
Live scoring can be found here. All rounds prior to the final will stream online on BowlTV.com (subscription required). The final will be taped to air on CBS Sports at a later date, currently scheduled to air on Tuesday, May 5, at 7:00 p.m.
Â
Tulane last competed in the Conference USA Championship, tying for seventh in the event after going 1-2 at Colonial Lanes in mid-March. The Green Wave fell to No. 2 Vanderbilt before toppling Youngstown State, the 2025 NCAA National Champion. However, Tulane was eliminated the next day by Sam Houston. Tulane's finish ties for its best ever since joining the league with the 2024 campaign.
Â
Since last hitting the lanes, the Wave has secured some hardware. Mia Stolakis was honored in Cleveland on April 9 as an NTCA All-America Third Team recipient. She is Tulane's first All-American since 2024 (Kristen Derr, honorable mention), and this is the 10th time a Wave bowler as secured an All-America nod. Stolakis becomes the first Tulane bowler to garner at least third-team honors.
Â
Tulane also snagged some academic honors. Emma Fetterman and Sarah Rubi were tabbed as recipients of the CUSA Commissioner's Academic Medal. Rubi adds this to her prior selection to the CUSA All-Academic Team. Fetterman and Rubi also earned CUSA Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition alongside Emma Figert and Paige Matiasek.
Â
This weekend will wrap up the 2025-26 campaign for Tulane. The Wave, currently ranked 17th nationally, will then set its sights on the 2026-27 season that will begin in the fall.
