2020 (Redshirt Senior): Appeared in four games this season with a 1-0 record and a save… Earned the save by pitching one inning against Cal State Fullerton, allowing a hit with a strikeout (2/23)… Pitched two innings against Middle Tennessee, allowing a run on four hits (3/1)… Picked up the victory by pitching 3.1 innings against Lamar, allowing two hits with three strikeouts and a walk (3/11).
2019 (Redshirt Junior): Appeared in 21 games with two starts as a pitcher in 2019… Went 2-0 on the year with a save in 32.1 innings pitched… Allowed 25 runs, 18 earned, on 36 hits with 28 strikeouts and 22 walks… Opened the year with three strikeouts in two innings against Lamar to earn the victory (2/20)… Earned second win of the year by allowing a run on two hits in three innings against McNeese (3/12)… Struck out three in two innings at Louisiana-Lafayette (3/26)… Did not allow a run while striking out three and allowing three hits in 2.1 innings against New Orleans (4/2)… Earned his first career save by preserving the win over No. 10 ECU by getting the final two outs of the inning with runners on base… In his only start, allowed a run on three hits in three innings against Nicholls (5/7)… Pitched 2.1 innings against Houston, striking out four and allowing one run (5/11)… Pitched five innings in a start against UConn, striking out four (5/17)... 2018 (Redshirt Sophomore): Appeared in 21 games with four starts…posted a 4-3 record and a 4.86 ERA, combined on one shutout and struck out 42 batters in 50.0 innings…worked his way into the starting rotation, making three key starts at the end of the season…pitched 0.1 innings and earned the win in his debut vs. Wright State (2/18)…tallied one strikeout in 1.0 scoreless inning vs. Lamar (2/28)…pitched 3.0 scoreless innings with three strikeouts vs. Cal State Fullerton (3/2)…struck out the side in a scoreless inning vs. Southern Miss (3/14)…pitched 2.0 shutout innings with three strikeouts at USF (3/30)…tossed 2.0 scoreless relief frames vs. UNO (4/3)…pitched 7.0 relief innings and allowed one run with three strikeouts – retired 13 in a row at one point – vs. ETSU (4/20)…earned the win at No. 11 Southern Miss (5/1) with 6.0 relief innings…pitched season-long 7.1 innings, allowed two runs on two hits at UCF (5/18; G2)…was named to the 2017-18 American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team and the Tulane Athletics 3.0 Club for fall 2017 and spring 2018. Prior to Tulane: Played last year at John A. Logan College after a season at the University of Arizona…last season, helped John A. Logan to a conference championship…earned First Team All-Conference and All-District honors after going 11-2 in 69.2 innings with a 2.07 ERA, 80 strikeouts, and 3 complete games…played summer ball with the Battle Creek Bombers and earned a spot in the all-star game…has three years of eligibility remaining.

High School: A letterman at Metamora Township High School in Metamora, Illinois…played mostly first base for the Redbirds…named team captain his junior and senior seasons…in his sophomore and senior seasons, earned First Team All-Conference, All-Area, and All-State honors as a first baseman…as a senior, hit .392 with 10 homeruns, 18 doubles, and 48 RBIs…also lettered in football as an offensive/defensive lineman and tight end…named to honor roll freshman through senior year.
