Camille Collier comes to Tulane after spending three years as an assistant coach at Arizona State. Collier played basketball at Wake Forest and has worked at Virginia Tech, Hofstra, Radford, and Jacksonville.
Tulane was 11-20 during Collier’s first season in Uptown in 2025-26. Mecailin Marshall earned American Freshman of the Year honors and was joined on the league’s all-newcomer team by Kanija Daniel. Tulane ranked second in the conference and 78th nationally with 38.2 bench points per game. The Wave was third in the league for both fouls per game (16.7) and three-point percentage defense (28.8). Dyllan Hanna finished third in the conference for blocking at 1.39 per game, ranked 89th nationally. Amira Mabry finished her Tulane career with 1,083 points to rank 23rd on the program’s all-time scoring leaderboard.
She was a 2025 Next Generation Institute Recipient for NCAA Final Four in Tampa and hopes to win a championship with Tulane while helping Coach Langford build on the program’s success.
Prior to ASU, Collier spent a season with Virginia Tech as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator, helping the Hokies to a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament, the highest in program history. She also spent two seasons at both Hofstra University and Radford University as an assistant coach. With Radford in 2019, Collier and the Highlanders were Big South Regular Season Champions and Big South Tournament Champions with an appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
As a four-year player for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, Collier emerged as a veteran leader while earning All-ACC Honor Roll each season. After graduating, she went to Georgia State in 2012 to serve as a Graduate Manager.
