Baseball Returns Home to Face Nicholls State

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane baseball is back at the friendly confines of Greer Field at Turchin Stadium for six straight games, beginning with a return visit from Nicholls State at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The Green Wave (14-18) defeated the Colonels (18-16), 3-2 in 10 innings, on March 15 in Thibodaux, and has won 11 of 17 contests since that victory. The game will be broadcast on 88.3 FM WRBH and the TuneIn Radio app. Live video and live stats will be available on TulaneGreenWave.com. This will be a $2 Tuesday game, and select concessions items will be priced at $2.

Series History
This will be the 88th meeting between Tulane and Nicholls State. Tulane leads the series, 61-26. The Green Wave won earlier this season, 3-2, in 10 innings in Thibodaux, back on March 15. The Colonels won both meetings last season, 2-1 in Thibodaux and 2-0 in New Orleans. Prior to last season, the Green Wave won five in row in the series dating back to 2013.
