NEW ORLEANS – Tulane baseball plays at crosstown rival UNO at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Maestri Field. The game will be broadcast on 88.3 FM WRBH and the TuneIn Radio app, and live audio and live stats is available on www.TulaneGreenWave.com.

The Green Wave enter the week at 12-16 overall, and winners of nine of their last 13 games. The Privateers, meanwhile, are 16-13 overall, including 3-3 in their last six contests. Tulane is 4-2 in midweek games, and has won its last four midweek contests. This will be 141st edition of the New Orleans crosstown rivalry, and the Wave lead the series, 79-61.

The teams split the series last season, with the Privateers winning, 10-9, on their home field, and the Wave winning, 5-2, at Turchin Stadium. Tulane last won at UNO in 2015, 9-0. The schools first met on April 2-3, 1971, when UNO won 3-1 before Tulane claimed a 9-4 victory the next day.
