NEW ORLEANS - The Tulane men's basketball team will host 10th-ranked Cincinnati in the final home game of the 2017-18 regular season, as the Green Wave celebrates Senior Night for fifth-year standout Cameron Reynolds on Thursday, March 1 at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse.
Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. (CT), and the game will be televised nationally on ESPNÂ with streaming on the WatchESPN app. Kevin Brown will call play-by-play action, while Mark Adams provides color commentary.
PROMOTIONS
• Tulane students will receive FREE Raising Cane's chicken fingers (while supplies last).
• At halftime, three students will be selected for an opportunity to win FREE TUITION.
TIPPING OFF
• The Bearcats will be the highest ranked men's basketball team to enter Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse since No. 1 Memphis came to town on Feb. 20, 2008.
• Tulane's last top 10 opponent was No. 6 North Carolina on November 11, 2016 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.
• The last time the Green Wave defeated a top 10 team was a 49-47 triumph over then No. 9 Memphis on February 12, 1983.
HISTORY LESSON
• Thursday's meeting between the Green Wave and Bearcats will be the 40th all-time, as Cincinnati leads the series, 25-14, as winners in each of the last four meetings.
• This will be the only time Cincinnati and Tulane play this season, as the Wave dropped both meetings last season, including a 78-61 decision in New Orleans on Jan. 21, 2017.
• Tulane's last win in the series came on Feb. 14, 2015 in Cincinnati on a half-court 3-pointer as time expired, while the last home victory occurred on Jan. 19, 1985 with a 56-51 final score.
LAST TIME OUT
• Tulane placed four scorers in double-figures and snapped a six-game slide with a 79-68 American Athletic Conference road win at USF on Saturday afternoon.
• Samir Sehic tied for a game-high with 17 points, seven rebounds and three blocks off the bench, while Melvin Frazier scored 16 points to complement six rebounds and five assists. Caleb Daniels added 13 points and four assists in reserve, while Jordan Cornish compiled 11 points, seven boards and five helpers.
• The Green Wave combined for 20 assists with just six turnovers and outscored USF (8-21, 1-15 AAC), 38-22 in the paint, 17-8 off turnovers, 12-9 on second chances and 30-21 off the bench.
• David Collins led four Bulls in double digits with 17 points, four rebounds and four assists, as Stephon Jiggetts chipped in 14 points.
SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
• Picked to win the American Athletic Conference according to the preseason coaches' poll, Cincinnati can clinch at least a share of the regular season league crown with a victory.
• The Bearcats rank No. 1 nationally in scoring margin (+18.6), second in field goal percentage defense (.371) and 10th in both rebounding margin (+7.8) and blocks per game (5.5).
• Senior Gary Clark leads the conference in rebounding (8.3) and stands sixth in steals per game (1.5) and field goal percentage (.526), while senior Kyle Washington is fourth in blocked shots (40) and seventh in field goal percentage (.522).
REYNOLDS NEARS 1,000-POINT/600-REBOUND CLUB
• Redshirt senior Cameron Reynolds scored his 1,000th career point in the 81-65 win over Alcorn State on Nov. 29 to become the 36th player in program history to do it.
• Entering the March 1 game against Cincinnati, Reynolds needs just 10 points to tie Al Andrews (1963-67) for 15th place on the all-time scoring list with 1,345 points and just 11 rebounds to eclipse 600 rebounds for his career.
• Just 17 players in Tulane history have at least 600 rebounds, while only 13 of them also scored 1,000 points.Â
DANIELS RECEIVES AAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK NOD
• Caleb Daniels was named American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week on Monday, February 26 after averaging 12 points and three assists per game off the bench, while shooting 60 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range in a two-game span.Â
• Daniels scored 10 of his 11 points in the first half at No. 13/12 Wichita State on Feb. 21, and followed up that performance with 13 points on 5 of 7 shooting, four rebounds and two steals off the bench in the 79-68 win at USF on Feb. 24.Â
• Daniels is the first Green Wave player to receive the honor this season, as Ray Ona Embo garnered the recognition twice during his debut campaign last year.
REYNOLDS BREAKS ALL-TIME GAMES PLAYED MARK
• On February 24, 2018, Cameron Reynolds played in 132nd game for Green Wave in a 79-68 win at USF, passing Louis Dabney (2013-16) for the most in program history:

REYNOLDS AGAINST RANKED FOES
• Cameron Reynolds has played some of his best basketball against Tulane's toughest opponents over the last two seasons, averaging 18.8 points per game against six teams ranked in the AP Top 25 poll.Â
• This season, Reynolds scored 18 points at 13th-ranked North Carolina on Dec. 3, before putting up 14 points and five boards at No. 13 Wichita State on Feb. 21
• In 2016-17, Reynolds scored 21 points against No. 6 North Carolina, 17 points at No. 23 Cincinnati, 20 points against the 20th-ranked Bearcats and 23 points at 19th-ranked SMU.
• In those six contests, he has shot an impressive 50 percent (41-for-82) from the field and 17-for-32 (.532) on 3-pointers.
FRAZIER, REYNOLDS AMONG THE AMERICAN'S TOP SCORING TANDEMS
• Melvin Frazier (16.2 PPG) and Cameron Reynolds (15.4 PPG) rank as the No. 3 scoring duo in the American Athletic Conference this season. Frazier ranks fifth among all players in the league, while Reynolds is seventh:

• Melvin Frazier ranks second in the American Athletic Conference in steals (58) and steals per game (2.1), and has at least three heists in 12 contests this season.
• As a sophomore, Frazier finished the 2016-17 regular season No. 1 in the American Athletic Conference in steals per game (1.9), while his 55 takeaways ranked second overall.
FRAZIER, SEHIC SHOOTING PERCENTANGE TANDEM
• Samir Sehic and Melvin Frazier own the No. 1 and No. 3 field goal percentages, respectively, among all players in the American Athletic Conference this season.

• As of February 26, Tulane is one of just 24 teams in NCAA Division I men's basketball, and one of just two in the American Athletic Conference, with at least five active players averaging double-digit points per game.
