NEW ORLEANS – The Green Wave are back on the road after 12 straight games in the city of New Orleans to take on Long Beach State in a three-game series Friday through Sunday at Blair Field. Game times are 7 p.m. CT Friday, 4 p.m. CT Saturday and 1:30 p.m. CT Sunday. Friday's game time was moved up one hour due to rain in the forecast Friday night.
The games will be broadcast on 88.3 FM WRBH and the TuneIn Radio app. Links to live video and live stats for all three games are available through TulaneGreenWave.com.
SERIES HISTORY
Tulane and Long Beach State have played three times. Tulane leads the series, 2-1. The Green Wave won two of three games in 1998 in Long Beach, Calif. The Dirtbags won the opener, 14-6, but the Wave came back to win 2-1 and 7-3.
QUICK HITS
• The Green Wave are closing out 18 games in 24 days between Feb. 23-March 18, including 11 home games during that time. The stretch is bookended by trips to Ole Miss (Feb. 23-25) and Long Beach State (March 16-18).

• Rowland had his first two-home run game at Ole Miss on Feb. 23. He hit a solo home run and a two-run homer, and is tied for the team lead with three home runs.
• Luke Glancy recorded his first two career hits vs. Purdue on March 10, and both went for doubles.
• Tulane has a .981 fielding percentage this season. Four players are fielding at .990 or better, including three at 1.000.
• Tulane has 53 extra base hits among its 163 hits this season, including 41 doubles. Tulane ranks 8th in the NCAA in doubles.

AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Junior Kaleb Roper was named the American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week on March 12. He pitched 8.0 shutout innings with eight strikeouts and allowed just two hits and two walks to win a 1-0 pitcher's duel.
