March 9 Tulane Baseball Rankings Report

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Following a week where the team finished 4-0 and improved to 13-2 on the season, the new national rankings are out, and Tulane finds itself ranked in three major polls this week.

D1baseball moved the Green Wave up three spots to No. 20 in their latest top 25 rankings, while Collegiate Baseball Newspaper kept the team steady at the No. 29 spot.

The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association on Monday moved Tulane into their top 30 rankings, with the Wave checking in at No. 28. The team is receiving votes in the USA Today baseball coaches poll, and outside of the Baseball America poll.

Tulane will be back in action Tuesday and Wednesday, taking on the Lamar Cardinals at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium.
