Tulane Volleyball Unveils 2026 Fall Schedule

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane Volleyball, under first-year head coach Derek Schroeder, announced its 26-match regular season schedule for the 2026 campaign. The Green Wave will compete in three tournaments and host 12 home matches inside Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse.
Preseason play will begin on Wednesday, August 19, with an exhibition match at Southeastern Louisiana. The Wave will then host the annual Olive and Blue Scrimmage inside Fogelman in Devlin on August 22 to give homes fans their first glimpse of the 2026 squad.
Regular season action kicks in Uptown as Tulane will host the Green Wave Classic from Friday to Sunday, August 28-30. The Green Wave will face North Dakota State on Friday, August 28, in the regular season opener before closing the tournament against Tennessee Tech on Sunday, August 30.
As the calendar rolls into September the Wave will hit the road for back-to-back tournaments in Jacksonville, Florida, and Mobile, Alabama. From Thursday to Saturday, September 3-5, Tulane will compete in the UNF Invitational tournament hosted by North Florida with matches against Duke (Sept. 3), Florida International (Sept. 4), and North Florida (Sept. 5).
The next weekend the Green Wave will play in the South Alabama Invitational hosted by the Jaguars from September 11-13. The Wave will face Georgia (Sept. 11), Kennesaw State (Sept. 12), and South Alabama (Sept. 13).
Tulane will conclude non-conference competition with a pair of home matches against Cal State Fullerton on September 17 and LSU New Orleans on September 20.
League play will start on the road for the Green Wave with a trip to the Lone Star State to square off with UTSA in San Antonio on September 25 followed by a match in Denton, Texas, against North Texas on September 27.
The following weekend Tulane will visit Memphis on October 2 before returning home to host Wichita State on October 4 as part of a three-match homestand. The Green Wave will continue the homestand on October 9 and 11 hosting Charlotte and UAB in Uptown.
Following the Wave's homestand the team will be back on the road in the Sunshine State to face Florida Atlantic on October 16 and South Florida on October 18.
The Green Wave will return home the following weekend to welcome Tulsa (Oct. 23) and East Carolina (Oct. 25) inside Fogelman in Devlin.
Next, Tulane will make the trip to Houston to square off against Rice on October 28 before beginning the month of November in Philadelphia against Temple on November 1.
The Wave will host its second match of the season against Memphis on November 6 ahead of its final road contest of the year at Charlotte on November 8.
Tulane will wrap up the regular season in Uptown against South Florida on November 13 and Rice on November 15.
The American Conference Championship is scheduled for November 20-22 in Houston. Rice will host the conference tournament in Tudor Fieldhouse.
