2021 (Redshirt Junior): Saw action in 53 games and made 52 starts at catcher, designated hitter and first base... Closed the year with seven home runs and 40 RBI to go along with a .458 slugging percentage... His 16 doubles ranked second on the team... Opened the year on a high note, as he drove in the game-winning run against Louisiana-Lafayette (2/19)... Collected his first home run of the year in the series finale against Louisiana-Lafayette (2/21)... Collected four hits over three games against eventual 2021 National Champion Mississippi State (2/26-28)... Closed out the series against Mississippi State on a high note, as he went 2-for-5 with two RBI, including a two-run home run which gave the Green Wave a 4-3 lead, heading into the bottom of the ninth... Collected a pair of hits and a double at Troy (3/14) to help the Green Wave to a series win over the Trojans... Drove in three runs and collected a pair of doubles at home against Memphis (4/2)... Scored a season high three runs at Memphis (4/25) to help the Green Wave to a series sweep over the Tigers... Concluded the home slate on a high note, as he drove in four RBI in four games against UCF (5/14-16).
2020 (Junior): Started eight of Tulane’s 17 games on the season as a junior, coming as catcher and designated hitter… Was the only non-starter to finish the year with double-digit hits, batting .394 on the season with 13 base knocks which included four doubles and two home runs… Drove in 13 RBI, while scoring eight times, slugging .697 with a .432 on-base percentage… Produce four multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games which was second on the team… Ended the season on an eight-game hitting streak… Had a .970 fielding percentage behind the plate… Made season debut in game two against Middle Tennessee, producing two doubles with two RBI and two runs scored (2/29)… Connected for his first Tulane home run in game three against the Blue Raiders, on a three-run shot (3/1)… Drove in five on two hits, which included another home run, to go along with a pair of runs scored against Texas Southern (3/3)… Earned a season-high three hits, scoring once against Southern (3/7)… Had two more doubles and two RBI in the finale against the Jaguars (3/8).
Prior to Tulane: Was a JUCO Honorable Mention All-American at Wallace Community College in Dothan, Alabama, hitting .424 at the plate with 70 hits, 14 for doubles, four triples and 17 home runs… Had 61 RBI with 51 runs scored, holding an on-base percentage of .424 and a slugging percentage of .867 in 53 games played… Spent one season at Rice University, playing in 14 games with five starts, earning six hits with a double and home run, driving in seven scoring five times.
High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in baseball at Westminster Christian playing catcher and first base… Was a first team all-state selection as a senior, where he was also named the team captain… Helped the Warriors to a state championship in 2015.
