As a Freshman (2025-26): Appeared in 26 games with six starts and scored 88 points, averaging 3.4 per game... Shot 24.8 percent from the field and secured 49 rebounds (1.9 per game), adding 67 assists and 18 steals with three blocks... Second on team in assists… Twice named American Freshman of the Week, January 19 and February 23… Scored first collegiate points with four against New Orleans (12/14) … First double-digit scoring affair was at Temple (1/13) with 11 points… Notched 10 points the following game against UAB (1/17) … First-career double-double against Memphis (2/19) with career-best 12 points and 10 assists in first-career start.
High School: Played point guard at Little Elm High School… During her junior year, she averaged 14.7 points, 2.4 steals, and 2.0 assists per game, leading her team to a 28-8 record and a second consecutive Class 6A Regional Final appearance… Scored over 1,300 career points and ranked among the top players in the state by Jr. All-Star Girls Basketball and other scouting services… Off the court, Kimpson excelled academically as a member of the Mavs Leadership Council, the National Honor Society, and the top 8% of her class.
Personal: Daughter of Ogechi and Clif Kimpson and has three siblings, including her older sister, Amarachi, a collegiate basketball player… Plans to major in chemistry with career aspirations to become an oncologist.
