NEW ORLEANS - Tulane (26-13-1, 11-2-1 C-USA) recorded its second consecutive multiple home run game en route to a 10-2 win over UAB (16-21, 2-10 C-USA) on Saturday evening.
Dan O'Gara (3-3) recorded his first complete game of the season as he scattered five hits through nine innings. He struck out 10 batters, walked one and gave up two runs.
An aggressive Tulane offense recorded 14 hits and three home runs. Jake Gautreau was 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI. James Jurries was 2-for-3 with a homer, three runs scored and two RBI. Jurries drew two walks. Mickey McKee was 3-for-4 with a single run and RBI.
Andre Parks (1-5) got the loss for the Blazers. He gave up five runs on seven hits through 4 1/3 innings of work. He walked five and struck out six.
The teams wrap up the three game series Sunday at 1:05 p.m.
