Women's Tennis Set for Road Tilt at USF

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane women's tennis team looks to get back on track on a road trip to Tampa, Fla., for a matchup against American Athletic Conference foe USF on Sunday, March 28. First serves are scheduled for 11 a.m. (CT).
SCOUTING USF
The Bulls (6-10) enter Saturday's match with losses in five of their last six outings, including a 4-0 defeat at home to SMU on Friday. USF shares two common opponent with the Green Wave in SMU and Alabama.
LAST TIME THEY MET - MARCH 3, 2019
The Bulls won their second straight meeting against the Green Wave, 4-2, in Tampa. Despite Tulane winning on courts one and two in doubles, USF won three straight singles matches to take a 3-1 edge. Christina Sisti closed the gap with a three-set win on court five, but the Bulls clinched with a three-set win on court four.
THE DOUBLES POINT
The Green Wave are 9-3 this season when winning the doubles point and 0-4 when they do not. Tulane has won all three doubles matches on four occasions.

In accordance with current city and campus guidelines, Tulane Athletics is pleased to announce the accommodation of a limited number of fans attend Tulane tennis matches at the City Park Tennis Center. Fans are encouraged to bring their own bag chairs for seating. All spectators will be asked to remain six feet away from the courts at all times, respect social distancing rules, avoid gathering and remain six feet away from others. All spectators are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth while inside City Park.
