Tulane Golf Set to Take Part in Jim West Challenge

SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Tulane University golf team is set to take part in the Jim West Challenge hosted by Texas State at the Kissing Tree Golf Club.
The Jim West Challenge, the premier collegiate golf tournament in the country, will feature 15 Division I universities from across the country. Six teams enter the tournament ranked in the top 35, according to Golfstat.
Colorado, Houston, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, SMU, TCU, Texas State, Texas Tech, Tulsa, UNLV, UTSA make up the field.
The Tulane lineup includes Carla Bernat, Cleo Liu, Sandra Vazquez, Matilde Innocenti and Carlota Palacios.
The two-day tournament will begin with a shotgun start on both days at 8:30 a.m. Two rounds of 18 holes will be played on day one with one final round on the second day.
The tournament will be streamed on ESPN+ with Sunday's broadcast starting at 12 p.m. CT and Monday's beginning at 9 a.m. CT. Live results for the Jim West Challenge can be found here.
