
No. 13 Bowling Records 2-1 Mark on the Final Day of the Music City Classic To Place 11th

Nashville, Tenn. – The No. 13 nationally ranked Tulane University bowling team finished strong with a 2-1 record on the third and final day of the Music City Classic on Sunday at the Smyrna Bowling Center in Smyrna, Tenn. The team totaled 3024 pins on the third day.
The program finished 11th overall at the tournament out of 33 teams with 12,516 pins and an average of 192.6 over the course of the tournament.
Tulane started the day with a 4-1 victory over Newman. The individual games scores were 181-184, 237-176, 218-139, 190-178 and 202-190
The team fell to in the second match of the day to Stephen F. Austin by a 4-1 count. The individual game scores were 157-177, 164-218, 200-210, 222-199 and 215-267.
The Green Wave ended the tournament with a 4-1 victory to Sacred Heart. The individual game scores were 220-198, 181-178, 197-188, 214-226 and 226-190.
Next, the program is back on the lanes is from March 21-24 at Colonial Lanes in Harahan when the program hosts the inaugural CUSA Bowling Championships. This will be the eighth time that Tulane has hosted a conference championship. The entire championship tournament will be streamed live on ESPN+.
