NEW ORLEANS โ Following the team's first home stand in over a month, the Green Wave volleyball squad hit the road once again for a conference series in Florida. Braving the weather, Tulane will take on USF on Friday night at 6:00 p.m. and will remain in Tampa to face UCF on Saturday night at the same time.
QUOTE
"We split in our first two weekends of conference play, and we felt like we had more in us. This weekend, our focus is to finish the job and win two on the road, which is hard in this league. We've got a schedule that's been changing on us, but we're ready for it."
--Tulane head coach Jim Barnes

LAST TIME OUT
Tulane hosted American conference foes SMU and Tulsa at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse last weekend, evening to 2-2 in league play. The Green Wave dropped a Friday night heartbreaker to SMU, battling to five sets but falling 2-3 to the Mustangs. Tulane emerged victorious in another five-set contest on Sunday afternoon, knocking off Tulsa 3-2.
USF (11-5, 2-2) split a road series last weekend, dropping three straight sets to Cincinnati on Friday night before sweeping East Carolina in Greenville on Sunday afternoon. The Bulls are undefeated at home, with a lone conference victory over Memphis in the Sun Dome on Sept. 25.
UCF (13-4, 3-1) also took both a win and a loss on the road last week, defeating ECU 3-1 on Friday before dropping a 3-1 decision at Cincinnati on Sunday afternoon.
